  9.        Thomas-Conrad is now shipping its new family of TC5046 family of
  10. 16/32-bit bus-mastering Micro Channel Ethernet adapters for 10BASE-T and
  11. 10BASE-2 networks.  The TC5046-T for 10BASE-T networks has a list price of
  12. $449 and includes an RJ-45 and AUI connector. The TC5046-2 for thin Ethernet
  13. networks also lists for $449 and includes a BNC and AUI connector. Both
  14. adapters are also available in money-saving six-packs for $2,529 each. The
  15. TC5046 adapters use a full 32-bits addressing for improved performance on
  16. Ethernet networks when compared to other Micro Channel adapters.  Performance
  17. benchmarks are available on request.

  19.        The adapters have on-board LEDs to indicate collisions, transmission
  20. and receipt of data, and reverse polarity -- features that help the network
  21. manager isolate and diagnose network problems. The Micro Channel adapters are
  22. software configurable for easy installation and comply with the IEEE 802.3
  23. specification for Ethernet.
